Armstrong Watson earns national recognition
An accountancy and financial advisory firm has earned national recognition.
Armstrong Watson has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list.
The directory features more than 500 organisations across industries and scale, highlighting the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers.
It also highlights companies providing the best wellbeing support.
Organisations must score well across a six-step framework in areas of reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.
Paul Dickson, Armstrong Watson managing partner and chief executive, said “Our crazy goal is to be known as the best accounting and financial advisory firm to deal with, delivering the best client experience in the UK.
“We know we can only achieve this if we are a great place to work, where our people are happy, supported and engaged.
“We aim to foster a working environment where staff feel valued, empowered and are given opportunities to progress.
“Being one of the best places to work in the UK will also be an added pull for those looking to join us in the future.”
