Landwood grows recovery team with new hire
Landwood Group has appointed Joe Scott as associate director to support the growth of its restructuring and valuation services.
Based in Manchester, Joe brings experience from Savills, Kroll and Avison Young, with a strong background in loan security, LPA receiverships and complex recovery projects.
His appointment supports Landwood’s expansion strategy and follows two years of record performance.
Joe said: Joe Scott said: “Landwood has always stood out to me for its strong reputation for a hands-on, rigorous approach and a culture that clearly values its people.
“After years in large advisory firms, this felt like the right opportunity to join a team that offers the same depth of expertise, but with a more personal, end-to-end way of working.”
Helen Jude, partner at Landwood Group, added: “We’ve always believed in bringing the right experts in-house, people who understand the detail but also see the bigger picture.
“Joe brings exactly that.
“His experience with major national firms adds significant strength to our high-calibre team, enabling us to continue delivering at the highest level.
“This is particularly important as we’re seeing increased pressure in sectors like care and education, where valuations and disposals demand a more specialist, considered approach.
“Joe’s background makes him a perfect fit as we grow our recovery offering and deepen relationships with national lenders and IPs.”
