POWWR appoints new learning and development lead
Energy software provider POWWR has appointed experienced learning and development professional Visheshta Choudhary to lead its broker training and onboarding programme.
Visheshta brings over 20 years’ experience across sectors including banking, telecoms, government and retail.
She will support more than 1,000 brokers using POWWR’s award-winning software, developing streamlined training initiatives that improve performance, engagement and compliance.
Her appointment will see her focus on onboarding new users and rolling out continuous learning opportunities, using the AI-powered SundaySky video platform to create and distribute engaging content.
Visheshta has previously delivered successful learning and development projects for Serco, Studio Retail Ltd, TMS Global and urbanbubble Ltd.
