Carter Towler takes reins at White Rose Park
A Leeds-based property consultancy has added a business and education hub to its portfolio.
Carter Towler has been appointed by Munroe K Luxembourg SA to manage White Rose Park, a 565,000sq ft campus next to the White Rose Shopping Centre, close to Leeds city centre.
The 26-acre site is now the largest single asset under Carter Towler’s management and includes nine buildings housing major office tenants such as Samsung, O2, DAZN, NG Bailey, Hisense and NHS Shared Business Services, as well as educational institutions and leisure facilities.
The new instruction will see Carter Towler’s 30-strong property management team deliver core services ranging from rent collection to compliance, all focused on tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
James Skirrow, director at Carter Towler, which has more than 5000 properties under its management from offices in Leeds, York and Durham, said: “We are immensely proud to have been chosen to support the future development of White Rose Park.
“This is a significant addition to our portfolio, and we are excited to contribute to the ongoing success of such an innovative business and education hub.”
David Aspin, chief executive of Munroe K, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Carter Towler at such a pivotal stage in the park’s evolution.
“We have worked tirelessly to create a unique environment and community, and having their expert property management team on board will help take things to the next level.”
