Warrington tech firm lands workplace accolades
A technology firm is marking a major milestone after being recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.
Warrington-based Inprova Group, a technology-enabled procurement company with 81 employees, has earned a place on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list.
The firm has also achieved Certified B Corp status, joining a global community of companies that meet high social and environmental standards.
Based at Birchwood’s Olympic Park, Inprova’s recent success follows backing from NVM Private Equity in November 2022.
Its employee-first culture includes personalised onboarding, regular training, chief executive-led updates, fundraising days and wellbeing initiatives that foster collaboration and shared success.
Lisa Lynch, chief operating officer, said: “Creating a workplace where people feel valued and inspired has been central to our success.
“These accolades show we’re making a real difference, not just in terms of business growth, but in how we support our communities, our environment and each other.”
Steve Malone, chief executive, added: “Securing B Corp certification is more than a badge – it represents who we are at our core.
“The work we’ve done to create a sustainable and inclusive business has been recognised, and we're now challenging ourselves to go even further.
“Being listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the same year is a huge honour.”
