Contractor sparks growth with electrical firm deal
A facilities management and construction sector services firm has expanded with a takeover.
Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has bought UK Safety Management.
The Castleford-headquartered company says the deal for the national electrical compliance and safety testing provider will “enhance its ability to deliver outstanding service”.
Under the terms of the takeover, the senior team at UK Safety Management – which provides services including portable appliance testing and fire extinguisher maintenance – have retained their roles.
Paul Teasdale, PTSG group chair, said: “UK Safety Management’s reputation, reach and technical expertise are well aligned with our mission to set the standard in specialist services nationwide.
“This enhances our ability to deliver outstanding electrical compliance solutions across all client segments, from SMEs to blue-chip organisations.
“It also significantly scales operations and accelerates our growth trajectory.”
