Feefo names new chief revenue officer
Customer reviews platform Feefo has appointed Elliott Clayton as its new chief revenue officer.
He joins from Epsilon, where he led international sales and oversaw significant growth following its $4.4 billion acquisition by Publicis.
Elliott will now support Feefo’s continued global expansion across digital media and loyalty.
He said: “My career has been defined by working with cutting edge technologies utilising 1p purchase data to drive client growth, amid challenges from large walled gardens. In this space, high quality data compliance is essential.
“So, I’m delighted to be joining a business like Feefo, that is dedicated to helping clients succeed by focusing on communications with real people and building their own 1p data assets to drive meaningful business outcomes.
“Recent board level appointments show Feefo’s commitment to focus on their goal of driving the highest quality customer feedback interactions for their clients, based on purchaser verified data.
“I’m excited by the prospect of Feefo’s numerous omni channel product innovations, to help its clients achieve improved customer engagement and insight and so I’m delighted to be taking on this new role and joining a talented team of new colleagues.”
Tony Wheble, chief executive at Feefo, added: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Elliott to Feefo.
“His exceptional track record of delivering measurable results for blue chip clients through the smart use of technology and data makes him a perfect fit for our business.
“Elliott brings deep expertise, proven leadership and a passion for innovation - all of which will be invaluable as we continue to expand Feefo’s capabilities and help our clients harness the power of verified customer feedback.”
