Property Sense strengthens board
Stockport-based Property Sense, a PropTech partner for BTR operators, leasing agents and developers, has appointed three new non-executive directors to its board as part of its growth plans.
Nigel Rawlings, chairman of Rise Homes and BTR expert, brings extensive property and construction experience.
Tom Lebor, a scale-up mentor, will support strategy and team growth, while investor and property developer Yogesh Jandauria, a major shareholder, adds strategic oversight.
They join chief executive Mike Haywood to drive the company’s rapid expansion.
Tim Ng has also been appointed as chief technology officer to lead technology strategy.
The board now has four members, with more appointments planned this year.
Mike said: “Building a world-class leadership team is crucial as we continue to innovate and expand.
“Each of these appointments brings real-life experiences of the challenges that come with scaling a business, and their invaluable expertise will help us refine our offerings and scale effectively.
“With our strengthened board and fresh investment, we are in a prime position to drive real change in the BTR sector.
“Our software has the capabilities to revolutionise BTR lettings processes, and we’re honoured to have such a strong team to make this a reality.”
