Hartnell Taylor Cook appoints investment director
Commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has appointed Oliver Spero as investment director in its London office, supporting the firm’s continued national growth.
Oliver brings more than 17 years’ experience and has transacted over £2.2 billion across 145 deals.
He joins from Maple Real Estate, having also held senior roles at Cyril Leonard and DTZ.
At Hartnell Taylor Cook, Oliver will advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic portfolio management across multiple sectors.
His client-led approach has seen him work with HNWIs, family offices, funds, property companies and developers.
Oliver said: "I am incredibly excited to be joining Hartnell Taylor Cook.
“It’s rare that you come across a company with such similar mindset and values to your own.
“The reputation of the team precedes it and I have been hugely impressed with what I’ve seen so far – the quality of the work and colleagues here within a growing and ambitious company makes for an exciting opportunity for me to be a part of.
“My primary goal in this role is to deliver strategic, data-led investment advice that drives exceptional value for our clients.
“I look forward to expanding our investment offering in London, identifying off-market opportunities and building long-term partnerships that support our clients’ growth ambitions in both the private and institutional sectors.”
Oliver’s appointment follows rising demand for the firm’s services across its London and Bristol offices.
Stuart Howell, managing partner at Hartnell Taylor Cook, added: “We are delighted to welcome Oliver to Hartnell Taylor Cook.
“His skillset will add to existing expertise within the company, driving us to continued success, and we look forward to carrying him onwards and upwards with us on our growth journey.”
