New chapter for Aspray Mersey South
Building restoration service Aspray has announced a new franchisee for its Mersey South territory, following the retirement of long-standing operator Colin Felton after nine years.
Patrick McCoid takes on the role, bringing experience from a career in the British Army and later as a plumbing and heating engineer.
With a strong background in project management and customer service, he is well placed to support homeowners through property damage and insurance claims.
Patrick said: “Colin has built an outstanding reputation over the past nine years, and it’s a real privilege to follow in his footsteps.
“During our handover, Colin generously shared his knowledge, real-world insights, and practical advice, from managing claims effectively to developing trusted relationships within the local community.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance and support.”
Patrick added: “It’s a real privilege to support homeowners during some of their most challenging times, helping them navigate property damage and manage their insurance claims from start to finish.
“My focus is on delivering a personal, professional service that removes as much of the stress as possible for our customers, while also building strong ties across the local community, from Kensington to Rainhill.
“I’m excited to grow the Mersey South franchise and make a lasting, positive impact.”
Colin will remain involved during the handover period to ensure a smooth transition, supported by Nigel Wardle, Aspray’s business development manager.
