Consultancy targets growth with office move
A global construction and property consultancy says it is set to bolster its workforce after completing an office move.
Thomas & Adamson has switched its London base to Southwark.
Bosses say its new home – replacing a West End site – provides room to “increase its headcount” and exploit “new opportunities and collaboration”.
They add it will also allow the firm – which is part of international architectural and construction engineering operator Egis Group – to work more closely with its parent’s digital asset management teams and business development, marketing and recruitment divisions.
Hailing the potential of the move, Zander Muego, Thomas & Adamson director, said it will help the business expand further into the public sector and build on recent projects in the life science, residential and workplace spheres.
He added: “Strengthening our capabilities in the capital and expanding our footprint is a key pillar in our growth plans, and moving our London team to a new home alongside Egis is a significant step in this process.
“Several of the clients, stakeholders and project partners we work with are based in and around Southwark, so it will be a great location.”
