CSG appoints UK & Ireland commercial director
Customs Support Group (CSG), Europe’s leading provider of customs and trade solutions, has appointed Ferhat Ocsel as commercial director for the UK and Ireland.
Ferhat brings over 20 years of international experience in sales leadership and commercial strategy, having held senior roles at DHL across the UK, Germany and Turkey.
His background includes board-level oversight across 28 countries and a strong track record in developing high-performing sales teams.
Now based in the UK, Ferhat is already representing CSG at major industry events, including Smart Manufacturing Week and Multimodal at Birmingham’s NEC.
He will be joined at Multimodal by colleagues Emmett Young and Nicolas Collart, who are both speaking at the event.
Ferhat said: “My core strengths lie in sales performance management, strategic account development and team coaching, management and mentoring.
“Clients and partners value my ability to align commercial goals with operational execution, foster long-term relationships and navigate complex international environments.
“I bring a strategic mindset, cultural adaptability and a strong track record of delivering measurable business growth, making me a trusted partner in driving success.
“I’m especially passionate about leadership development, sales transformation and creating scalable growth strategies. I enjoy helping individuals and teams unlock their potential and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments without compromising on respect.”
Keiron Myall, managing director for CSG UK&IE, added: “Ferhat brings a wealth of experience to our business at a time of significant growth and we are delighted to have him on board.
“He will play a key role in our ongoing plans to expand our footprint across the UK and Ireland and further support our clients in digitising their supply chains.
“His strengths in mentoring and people development will also be valuable assets to our business as we continue to upskill our teams for long-term growth.”
