HURST strengthens business services team
Independent accountancy firm HURST has promoted Ryan Tattler to associate partner, following a series of internal moves across its 70-strong business services team.
Ryan joined as a trainee and has progressed through four promotions since qualifying in 2018.
He now advises clients across sectors including manufacturing, transport and property investment.
Ryan said: “I’m incredibly proud to have been promoted to associate partner. It’s a significant milestone in my career and a reflection of the support and opportunities I’ve had at HURST over the past ten years.
“The variety and complexity of the work make each day different and rewarding, and I owe a great deal to the colleagues who have trained and developed me along the way.
“Hopefully I can be an example to our trainees and recently qualified team members that you don’t need to move around to progress in your career, as HURST provides all the opportunities you need to thrive.
“It’s a brilliant place to work, and I’m excited to contribute even more as part of the leadership team.”
The promotion reflects HURST’s focus on developing talent from within as it continues to grow its national client base.
HURST partner Mike Jackson, who heads the business services team, added: “We pride ourselves on providing a supportive environment where our people are nurtured and empowered to develop their careers, and Ryan is just one example of the many talented individuals who have joined us as trainees and gone on to progress within the practice.
“Ryan has shown he can build strong relationships with clients while maintaining the market leading professional standards we expect.
“He has also shown himself to be a strong leader within the firm, helping to drive change and develop how we run the business.”
