Trident expands leadership team
Trident Building Consultancy has strengthened its leadership team with three senior appointments aimed at bringing fresh expertise to the national practice.
Alexandra Price steps into the role of head of marketing and communications at Trident’s Leeds office, replacing Darron Owen, who moves into a newly created head of operations role.
She is joined on the leadership team by Daksha Mistry and David Juniper, based in London, who become head of people and culture and head of innovation, respectively.
The appointments bring the leadership team to seven and mark a strategic move to broaden representation beyond surveying, reflecting Trident’s commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
Additionally, surveyor Tom Hardy, who is also based in Leeds, has qualified as RICS chartered after joining Trident in 2022.
Managing director Dan Roe said: “We have been an employee-owned (EO) business for around two-and-a-half years now, and over that time we’ve had chance to look at how the business operates under the new structure and identify any gaps we had in the business as a whole, but also on the leadership team.
“We’re always keen to promote internally where we can because our culture is built on rewarding people who excel, exemplify our values, and contribute positively to the business.
“Alexandra, Daksha and David do this on a daily basis, and it is due to this and the contributions of many other people within Trident that the EO journey has been such a success for us.
“With a greater diversity of skills now represented on the leadership team, I’m confident that success will continue to flourish.”
