Tech firm bolsters team amid investment push
A tech firm has unveiled growth plans after matching an impending financial milestone with a recruitment drive.
Decodifi says it is “well positioned to continue scaling throughout 2025 and beyond”.
Bosses revealed their upbeat outlook after the company added three “high-impact” staff to its ranks.
It also comes as the firm, which is based in Leeds’ Headingley suburb and uses technology to help businesses boost operations, prepares to smash the £500,000 turnover mark.
Officials say its progress has been aided by investment in artificial intelligence technologies, which have “improved internal workflows… and reshaped possibilities for clients and its team alike”.
Charlie Bartle, chief executive, said: “Implementing artificial intelligence into our development and operations has reduced friction in our processes.
“We’re now able to deliver more scalable solutions, faster and smarter – and that has helped us attract top talent and continue building a truly modern agency.”
