GreenThumb rooting for growth after KEYTO deal
A lawn care firm is aiming to cut further into the marketplace following a takeover.
GreenThumb has joined KEYTO Group.
Bosses say the partnership “marks a new chapter” of growth for North Wales-headquartered GreenThumb, with Nordic-based home services operator KEYTO Group adding the deal will boost international growth ambitions.
Paul Edwards, chief executive of GreenThumb, which counts nearly 300,000 customers across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, said: “We’re excited to become part of KEYTO’s journey.
“As part of a wider group, we see great opportunities to evolve our services and outstanding customer experiences.”
Magnus Agervald, KEYTO Group chief executive, added: “GreenThumb is an exceptional company with an impressive history, loyal customers and a passionate team.
“We look forward to shaping the future of home services together.”
