Jam looks to spread fast following client wins
A Manchester-based marketing agency is planning significant growth after a strong start to the year.
Creative communications agency Jam has set its sights on a 30 per cent profit rise in 2025/26 and a 40 per cent increase in its headcount over the next three years.
The ambitious blueprint follows ten new client wins across sectors including food and drink, financial services, charity and travel and leisure.
Now in its 18th year, Jam has also unveiled a refreshed brand to signal its “bold” next chapter, with the agency set to roll out integrated campaigns in 2025, spanning events, influencer marketing, TikTok shops and web builds as it pushes for sustained creative-led growth.
Jaime Gee, co-founder and managing director of Jam, said: “We entered 2025 with ambitious growth targets, and building on the momentum of the first six months we have successfully set the foundations for a strong year ahead.
“Several incumbent clients have again reappointed us, some heading into their fourth year with us, and we’re onboarding new clients to our roster, all made possible by the passion, drive and extraordinary thinking of our Jammers.”
Dave Gee, co-founder and creative director of Jam, who has led the brand refresh, added: “After 18 years of Jammin’ we’ve brought the brand back to its bold, punky roots.
“Like any ambitious business, we’ve evolved, and this refresh reflects who we are today while nodding to the journey we’ve been on.
“Using the same insight-led strategies we apply to our clients’ brands, this evolution aligns with our values and long-term vision.
“It’s not just about how we show up; it’s about where we’re headed and how we’ll help our clients make an even bigger impact along the way.”
