
Principle grows London team with new hire
Lisa-Marie Bradnock has joined Principle Estate Management as associate director, bringing more than 12 years of residential property management experience to the firm’s expanding London office.
Lisa said: “I was particularly drawn to Principle's fresh approach and commitment to innovation.
“What attracted me to Principle is that they're questioning how we can do things differently.
“We're focused on delivering a fantastic service while ensuring our staff and team are properly equipped and supported.
“I'm also excited about working with these beautiful buildings in London – they really are jewels in the portfolio.
“I’m looking forward to joining Principle and feel my knowledge of the local property market and passion for exceptional service delivery will help to grow Principle's presence in London.”
Her appointment follows a period of rapid growth for Principle, which now manages 25,000 units and recently passed 100 staff.
The firm was recently named ‘Managing Agent of the Year’ (15000+ units) at the 2025 ACE Awards.

“Lisa-Marie has huge experience in the sector, having started her career in retail management on Oxford Street before transitioning into property management in 2012.
“Throughout her career, Lisa-Marie has worked across both social housing and national managing agents, overseeing developments of all sizes and managing diverse teams.
“Her extensive experience includes working closely with developers and various residents' management companies, giving her deep insight into the London property market.”
