Xenia bolsters team amid expansion push
Property management firm Xenia Estates has appointed Chris Jones as mobilisation manager and Michael Willans as head of Yorkshire to support its national growth.
Chris, who has been with the business for over two years, will lead the rollout of new developments across the North West.
Michael joins from Scanlans and is based in Xenia’s Bradford office, where he has already secured six developments.
Gemma Latham, spokesperson for Xenia Estates, said: “Mobilisation is one of the most critical stages in property management - we only get one chance to get it right.
“Chris’s deep knowledge of our operations makes him the ideal choice to support our expansion.
“Michael has hit the ground running.
“Together with Chris, we’re confident this momentum will help accelerate our growth in Yorkshire and beyond.”
