Peace & Loaf serves up new direction
A Newcastle fine dining restaurant is entering a “bold new direction” with a renewed focus on British produce and creative food experiences.
Jesmond-based Peace & Loaf is relaunching with seasonal menus and immersive dining events, championing locally sourced and foraged ingredients.
Led by chef Dave Coulson and new manager James Corrighan, the refreshed team aims to blend fine-dining principles with unexpected twists.
The restaurant’s new direction includes unique drinks pairings – featuring teas, infusions and fortified wines – designed to complement each dish.
A series of themed events, including “Forage & Ferment”, “The Unexpected Pairings” and “Coast to Countryside” will also debut over the coming months.
The relaunch marks a new chapter for the well-known venue, inviting both loyal regulars and new guests to experience its evolving culinary vision.
Dave said: “We’re coming back to what made Peace & Loaf special; great produce, wild ideas and making people feel like they’ve discovered something new.
“This is about more than just dinner, it’s about the experience.”
