Developer submits 500-job distribution hub plans
A developer has submitted plans for a 500-plus-job industrial scheme.
Indurent hopes to create a 500,000sq ft distribution base at Heywood, near Rochdale.
Earmarked for land on Heywood Distribution Park, bosses say construction could begin later this year.
Rob Richardson, Indurent development director, said: “If approved, this new facility will play a vital role in supporting the region’s growth by attracting leading occupiers and creating high quality jobs.
“This submission marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to delivering best-in-class, sustainable manufacturing and logistics space.”
