Yorhouse launches tailored property service
A York-based estate agency is expanding to offer a more personal, hands-on approach to selling homes.
Yorhouse has launched Yorhouse Residential, an evolution of Yorhouse Lettings, to meet growing demand for bespoke property services across York and North Yorkshire.
Led by experienced agent Aleksandra Stallard, previously of Hunters Estate Agents and The Property Franchise Group, the agency positions itself as a boutique alternative to corporate chains, focusing on tailored strategies and local insight.
Affiliated with the Helmsley Group of Companies, Yorhouse Residential offers zero-pressure valuations, pre-sale advice and personalised marketing plans, including professional photography and online promotion.
The team will manage the full sales process – from staging and viewings to negotiations and progression – helping clients find the best route to market.
Aleksandra said: “We’re really proud to be launching a unique offering to the York estate agency market and providing a more thoughtful, results-driven alternative to traditional estate agency.
“With Yorhouse, there is no one size fits all package, and every sale is tailored to the needs of the client.
“I have lived and worked in York for almost 20 years, I know and love the property market here and am looking forward to working with our clients to share our fresh take on residential estate agency.”
