PKF Littlejohn launches Manchester restructuring practice
PKF Littlejohn has expanded its North West presence with a new restructuring practice in Manchester, led by three newly appointed partners.
Paul Smith, Stephen Clancy and Paul Reeves bring extensive experience in turnaround, insolvency and advisory services, with strong local ties and deep knowledge of the regional business landscape.
The move follows the firm’s Manchester office opening in 2023 and reflects PKF Littlejohn’s commitment to supporting businesses, lenders and investors through financial restructuring and strategic transformation.
This expansion strengthens PKF Littlejohn’s footprint and complements its wider service offering in the North West.
Paul Williams, restructuring partner at PKF Littlejohn, said: "We are delighted to welcome Paul, Stephen and Paul to the team.
“They bring exceptional experience, local knowledge, trusted relationships and a proven ability to deliver results for clients.
“This expansion is a key step in our strategic growth and enables us to offer even greater value to clients.”
