Johnson Fellows bolsters lease advisory team
Birmingham-based property consultancy Johnson Fellows has appointed Paul Milsom and Anthony Haydock to lead the expansion of its lease advisory division.
The duo joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, bringing extensive sector knowledge and national client experience.
Paul, now joint senior partner, brings over 24 years’ expertise advising clients such as Tesco, Network Rail and Royal Mail.
Associate partner Anthony also strengthens the team, having worked with Accenture, Centrica and EDF Energy.
Their arrival supports Johnson Fellows’ strategic growth across Birmingham, London and Manchester.
Chris Gaskell, joint senior partner at Johnson Fellows, said: “We are excited to welcome Paul and Anthony to the team.
“Their combined experience and strategic insight will be instrumental in driving forward our lease advisory services and supporting our clients through every stage of the property lifecycle.
“This strategic move reflects Johnson Fellows’ ongoing investment in talent and its mission to provide expert, client-centric advice across all areas of commercial property.”
