Napier appoints managing director to lead growth
Chichester-based B2B technology PR and marketing agency Napier has appointed Ian Jarrett as managing director.
Ian brings over 30 years of experience in the B2B tech sector, including marketing, product management and engineering.
Since joining Napier in 2019, Ian has helped expand the agency’s services and strengthen client relationships across the UK, Europe and North America.
He previously served on Napier’s board of directors.
Ian said: “Napier is a special agency – one that combines deep technical knowledge with a relentless focus on results.
“I’m honoured to lead the business into its next phase, working alongside our talented team to help even more B2B tech companies succeed through smarter, more effective marketing.”
Mike Maynard, who led as managing director for more than 20 years, will continue as chairman, focusing on strategic growth and client support.
Mike added: “Ian has been an invaluable part of Napier’s leadership team and brings exactly the right mix of industry insight, operational expertise and vision.
“He’s the perfect person for the managing director role and he will drive Napier forward with the passion and dedication our clients and team expect.”
