Recruiter 'drives on' with management buy-in
An automotive sector recruitment firm says it is primed to drive ahead with growth plans following a management buy-in.
Pybus Recruitment has welcomed Nigel McMinn as owner.
The experienced automotive executive has become director and majority shareholder.
Based in Sunderland, Pybus Recruitment supports organisations ranging from national publicly-listed companies to family-run dealerships, helping fill service, sales, accident repair and management roles.
Nigel said: “I’ve been fortunate to know and work with many talented people over the last 30 years in automotive, so I’m delighted to be joining a business like Pybus Recruitment that can help them further their career ambitions.”
Pybus Recruitment founder Colin Pybus, who will continue in a directorial role at the business, added: “With Nigel’s connections, I’m confident we will continue to attract the top talent in the UK automotive sector.”
The buy-in was supported by Durham City-based law firm Swinburne Maddison, with head of corporate and partner Martyn Tennant working alongside solicitor Alex Siddle and trainee solicitor Imogen Bosanko.
Martyn said: “It has been a privilege to support Nigel and the Pybus team on this exciting new chapter.
“This acquisition strengthens the firm’s position in the automotive sector.”
