Jones Hargreaves strengthens London team
Jones Hargreaves, the independent commercial building and sustainability consultancy, has expanded its London office with the appointment of James Yarham as senior associate partner.
With over ten years’ experience, James joins from Newmark and specialises in complex project management for commercial clients.
His past projects include the high-profile relocation of the Mayor of London and Greater London Assembly to City Hall at the Royal Docks.
James will lead projects valued over £2 million, focusing on strategic refurbishments and occupier fit-outs for market-leading clients.
He said: “It’s an exciting time to join a growing firm like Jones Hargreaves for the next chapter in my career.
“What really stood out to me was their independence, their client focussed ethos, and the refreshing way they speak about who they are as a company.
“There’s a real energy and a dynamic culture, along with a wealth of high-quality projects.
“It’s a great opportunity to grow, build a team, and be part of something that’s rapidly evolving in such an exciting way.”
Jones Hargreaves operates nationally with 48 staff across seven offices, delivering project management, building surveying, and sustainability services.
Matthew Jones, founding partner at Jones Hargreaves, added: “We’ve always grown organically, and with demand for larger project delivery, now was the ideal time to bring in a dedicated complex project specialist.
“We’re thrilled to welcome someone of James’ calibre, and he will be instrumental in shaping our project management offering and driving this area of the business forward.
“James will work closely with our team of building surveyors and sustainability consultants, always keeping our clients’ best interests at the forefront.”
