Elan Homes strengthens sales team
Housebuilder Elan Homes has promoted Rosie Tierney to senior sales executive following outstanding buyer feedback at Tower Gardens, in Darwen.
Rosie brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales and has worked across Elan sites in Southport and Poynton.
Rosie said: “I love meeting new people and helping them throughout their home buying journey, from guiding them through floor and site plans, to recommending solicitors and independent financial advisors and helping them make design decisions by showing them the various options and upgrades available.”
She also lives in a new-build home herself, giving her a unique perspective that buyers value.
Her promotion reflects Elan’s ongoing commitment to customer service.
She added: “I’ve lived in two new build homes and so I can relate to customers and share my experience with them.”
