TCS unveils bold vision with Z
A West Yorkshire development is redefining what modern workspace means for city-based businesses.
Property investment operator Town Centre Securities PLC has unveiled plans for Z, a bold new office building set to rise on the banks of the River Aire, in Leeds.
The eleven-storey, 111,000sq ft development at Whitehall Riverside promises to deliver next-generation workspace focused on technology, sustainability and occupier wellbeing.
Designed to attract ambitious businesses, Z will feature smart systems that track energy use, air quality and occupancy in real time.
It will also offer flexible floorplates, a rooftop terrace, lounges and high-spec meeting and event spaces.
TCS has launched the building with a new visual identity and marketing campaign, including a virtual tour on zleeds.com.
The design embraces natural surroundings, with landscaped walkways, biodiverse planting and a riverside terrace café.
Z forms part of the wider Whitehall Riverside masterplan, which includes a new 478-space EV-ready CitiPark travel hub.
