Berghaus appoints VP for brand marketing
Outdoor brand Berghaus has appointed Adam Field as vice president for brand marketing as it continues to grow internationally.
Based at the company’s Sunderland headquarters, Adam joins from Reiss, where he led high-profile campaigns including a partnership with McLaren F1 and the brand’s first Pride collection.
He has also held senior roles at Nike and Chelsea FC, bringing nearly two decades of experience in global, digital-first marketing.
Adam will lead Berghaus’ global marketing team, supporting its expansion into the USA and other key markets, as well as delivering locally relevant brand activity across all territories.
He said: “From my first conversations with Charlie Pym and Penny Herriman from Pentland, it was clear that there’s huge energy, ambition, and momentum behind the Berghaus brand, and a bold vision for what comes next.
“With global expansion and new innovative product launches, this role is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of an iconic British brand and disrupt the outdoor category.
“I can’t wait to get started, meet the wider team, and be part of what’s ahead.”
