Sanderson Weatherall grows North East team
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has made five new appointments across its North East offices following a record trading year and continued national expansion.
New joiners include Graham Blenkarne as partner in the valuation team and Phil Close as senior surveyor in building surveying.
Ocean Atkinson and Ellie McNicholas both join as graduate surveyors, with Archie Bain starting his career as a trainee surveyor.
The hires follow the firm’s expansion into the Humber region and London’s West End, taking its UK office count to twelve.
Kevin McGorie, head of Sanderson Weatherall’s North East operations, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Graham, Ocean, Phil, Ellie and Archie to our growing North East team.
“Their appointments are a direct reflection of the significant increase in demand for our services across the region and our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional client support.
“The North East continues to be a vital hub for our business, and these new hires will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.
“Our record trading year is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, both regionally and nationally.
“The opening of our Humber and West End offices signifies our ambition and ability to serve clients in key strategic locations across the country, while never losing sight of our roots and commitment to regional growth, particularly here in the North East.”
