PTSG appoints new director of operational excellence
Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), headquartered in Castleford, West Yorkshire, has appointed Mark Seager as director of operational excellence.
Tom will report to chief performance officer Alison Chard and lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, embed best practices and drive performance across the Group.
He brings nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience within NSS, a PTSG company.
Since joining NSS in 2007 as a rope access technician, he has advanced through roles including technical cleaning director and operations director.
Tom’s expertise spans frontline delivery to senior leadership, enabling him to lead cross-functional improvement programmes and support PTSG’s commitment to operational excellence.
Alison said: “Mark’s elevation to this important role is a testament to both his track record and his unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.
“His blend of hands-on experience and strategic insight makes him uniquely placed to support the next phase of operational development across the Group.
“I look forward to working with him as we deliver on our performance objectives and further embed excellence into the fabric of our business.”
Tom’s appointment follows the recent promotion of Malcolm Fyall to managing director of PTSG’s building access specialists division.
