Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), headquartered in Castleford, West Yorkshire, has appointed Mark Seager as director of operational excellence.
Tom will report to chief performance officer Alison Chard and lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, embed best practices and drive performance across the Group.

Tom’s expertise spans frontline delivery to senior leadership, enabling him to lead cross-functional improvement programmes and support PTSG’s commitment to operational excellence.
Alison said: “Mark’s elevation to this important role is a testament to both his track record and his unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.
“His blend of hands-on experience and strategic insight makes him uniquely placed to support the next phase of operational development across the Group.
