360 Chartered Accountants make internal promotion
360 Chartered Accountants has promoted Olivia Sutton to manager, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Olivia joined the Hull-based firm as an apprentice in 2017 straight from school.
She completed her AAT exams in 2021 and became ACCA qualified last year.
Olivia, who is now tailoring the programme for senior accountants who want to become assistant managers, said: “When I started as an apprentice, I never imagined I’d be stepping into a management role just a few years later.
“I can’t wait to put everything I have learnt throughout the mentoring programme into practice and to inspire others coming through the same path as me.
“The culture, work-life balance and team here at 360 are great and the new 360 management preparation programme is a brilliant way to gain managerial skills.
“It really helped me prepare for my new position.”
Founder and director Andy Steele, who has mentored Olivia, said her progression highlights the strength of 360’s apprenticeship programme.
He said: “We believe it’s incredibly important to develop and nurture our team throughout their career and we are very proud of Olivia.
“We knew at an early stage that she was management material and she has continued to impress us with her performance ever since.
“She works incredibly hard, stays calm under pressure and brings a positive energy to everything she does.
“She is a real asset to our clients and to the team as a whole.”
