Charterhouse Group appoints new chief executive
Technology provider Charterhouse Group, has named Mike Wardell as its new chief executive, bringing over two decades of experience in the communications and technology sector.
Mike, who most recently helped shape the growth of Business Systems and its RegTech platform Wordwatch, will remain with that business as executive chairman.
He is also known for his leadership at Giacom, where he drove substantial recurring revenue growth and business transformation.
Mike said: “I am excited to join Charterhouse Group at such a pivotal time.
“The talent and dedication within the team are remarkable, and I see a tremendous opportunity to build on this foundation.
“The alignment of our values is clear, and I look forward to working with the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.”
Mike’s appointment reflects a strong values alignment, with both parties committed to people-first cultures and innovative customer service.
Mike will now leads Charterhouse’s portfolio of specialist brands, including Charterhouse, Symity and Pentesec.
