Trio join creative team at Fluid
Creative agency Fluid Ideas has expanded its team with three new hires to strengthen its strategic and creative services.
Arthur Tyrer joins as account director from Nottingham agency m360, bringing over a decade of full-service agency experience.
Al Davies steps into the role of senior creative within the strategy and creative team.
With nearly 20 years in design and branding, he has held senior roles at Adtrak and Hallam, while also lecturing on creativity and branding.
Meanwhile, Nikita Ghai has joined the performance and innovation team as a paid media executive.
Previously at Dentsu, she brings multi-platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
Based at Darley Abbey Mills near Derby, Fluid Ideas is an award-winning agency with a 60-strong team.
The agency works with clients across property, manufacturing, health and education sectors.
Fluid managing director Ed Bowler said: “Fluid has always been about building meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and helping them to achieve things that had previously been out of reach.
“Bringing Arthur, Al and Nikita into the team further strengthens our full-service fluency, and gives us wider capacity and skills to become even more invested in our client partnerships.
“Increasingly, that means guiding clients through significant moments of strategic change, often in an advisory or consultative role that draws on the experience and expertise found across our five teams.”
