Wilton Developments boosts industrial team
Property development company Wilton Developments, based in Leeds, has appointed Rach Whitfield as director to lead its industrial and logistics growth.
Rach brings over ten years’ experience in industrial development, overseeing key projects including the 3.55 million sq ft DoncasterNorth scheme and the 1 million sq ft Garforth development, including LEEDS500 Phase 1.
Previously, Rach was development director at Mountpark UK & Ireland, where she led strategic site promotion and authored the company’s ESG policy.
She also held a development role at IM Properties, helping secure the 165-acre Peddimore site and delivering the Connexion campus at Blythe Valley Park.
