Gateley Vinden appoints London director
Gateley Vinden has appointed Matt McGettigan as director in its London building consultancy team.
A chartered building surveyor and construction manager, Matt brings over 18 years’ experience across commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare and insurance sectors, including roles at Savills and Ridge and Partners.
He joins the specialist-built environment consultancy to support its national client base, with expertise in project management, dilapidations and technical due diligence.
He will work alongside director Adrian Gladstone to strengthen services in fire safety, cladding, hotels and industrial premises.
Matt said: “Gateley Vinden boasts an impressive offering for the built environment which combines surveying and lead consultant services with legal expertise from within the wider group.
“This seamless service provision is unique, and there is definitely a large appetite for this within the market, so it’s a really exciting time to be joining the consultancy.”
