Keepmoat appoints new sales director

Housebuilder Keepmoat has appointed Lynton Dudgeon as sales director for the North West.

Lynton brings 28 years of experience from senior roles at Vistry Group, Barratt & David Wilson Homes, and Bovis Homes.

Based in Speke, he will support Keepmoat’s five-year sales growth plan and work closely with construction and customer care teams.

Lynton said: “I'm thrilled to be joining such a well-regarded team at an exciting time of growth.

Keepmoat North West operates across Merseyside, Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Staffordshire and North Wales.
