UK and Ireland accountancy and business advisory firm Xeinadin has appointed two new senior leaders to its Lancaster-based tax division.
Victoria Dadswell joins as tax partner, bringing over 20 years of tax advisory experience, specialising in owner-managed businesses and private clients.
She said: “Joining Xeinadin reflects a continued commitment to supporting SMEs with specialist tax planning.
“I’ve worked arm in arm with SMEs across South Cumbria and Lancashire for many years and I’m looking forward to helping local businesses manage change, adapt and grow through informed and proactive advice.”
Clare Fisher also joins as senior tax manager, with a strong background in personal and corporate tax compliance and planning.
She added: “Xeinadin’s approach to solving complex challenges for local businesses and its commitment to delivering high quality client success is what drew me to the firm.
“Since joining, I’ve particularly enjoyed the breadth of work, from inheritance tax and succession planning to acquisitions, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients across Lancashire.”
Both appointments reinforce Xeinadin’s commitment to providing expert, tailored tax solutions to local businesses and individuals, focusing on areas such as business restructuring, succession planning, and inheritance tax.
James Cornthwaite, area managing partner for Lancaster at Xeinadin, added: “SMEs face a myriad of hurdles and complexities when it comes to tax planning, from evolving inheritance tax rules to succession pressures.
“Our clients require in-depth, practical advice to help them navigate these issues.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Victoria and Clare to our tax team.
“They bring deep technical knowledge and regional insight that will strengthen our local support for SME clients across Lancashire and beyond.”
