LSH bolsters cost consultancy team

Commercial and residential real estate consultancy and agency Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Tom Allgood as associate director in its cost consultancy team within the project and building consultancy division.

Tom, an experienced mechanical & electrical (M&E) cost management specialist, brings over 15 years of industry expertise. 

Based in the London office with a national remit, he will support LSH’s growth across multiple sectors.

Tom’s appointment highlights LSH’s commitment to expanding its national capabilities and delivering integrated, technically led project solutions. 

The project and building consultancy division offers cost consultancy, project management, building surveying and strategic advisory through a multidisciplinary team.
