The Coniston appoints new general manager
The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa, located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, has appointed Tim O’Sullivan as its new general manager, marking a key step in the estate’s growth as one of Yorkshire’s leading destinations.
With over 25 years’ experience in UK hospitality, Tim brings a strong track record in operational leadership and strategic growth.
He will lead efforts to enhance the estate’s diverse experiences, including the award-winning Nàdarra Spa, on-site activities and exceptional dining.
Tim aims to elevate Yorkshire cuisine and on-site offerings such as Land Rover off-roading, clay pigeon shooting, archery and fishing, alongside three restaurants, positioning The Coniston as the ultimate destination in the Yorkshire Dales.
Previously, Tom was general manager at the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa and Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, where he led a major refurbishment and launched a new dining concept.
Tim said: “I’m thrilled to be joining The Coniston at such a pivotal moment.
“The estate has a truly unique proposition, from its award-winning spa and breathtaking landscape to its dynamic hospitality and activity offering.
“I look forward to working with the talented team to shape an experience that continues to surprise and delight every guest who visits.”
