Vail Williams expands Gatwick valuation team
Property consultancy Vail Williams has strengthened its Gatwick valuation team with the appointment of Natalie Wade as an associate in its Crawley office.
Natalie brings ten years’ experience from Knight Frank London, with expertise in secured lending valuations across Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
She specialises in investment asset and development valuations and has extensive experience preparing valuations for banks, landlords and funds, focusing primarily on office and retail assets.
In her new role, Natalie will also expand her skills by valuing a broader range of commercial and residential properties as the firm grows its service capacity.
Natalie said: “I was seeking a new challenge and the opportunity at Vail Williams came up at exactly the right moment for me both professionally and personally.
“I am elated to have joined such a go-ahead and people-centric firm and grateful at the trust shown in me to maintain the excellent results and customer service for which Vail Williams is renowned.”
Vail Williams, celebrating 30 years in Crawley, operates from 12 offices across the Midlands and south of England, offering full-service property advice including commercial agency, investment, development, building consultancy and more.
Suzanne Holloway, the firm’s Gatwick regional managing partner, added: “We have high hopes for Natalie, whose skill sets will be vital as we continue to drive sustainable growth right across the region under our new three-year business plan aimed at further innovation and service excellence.”
Nigel Whitehurst, partner at Vail Williams, who heads the Gatwick regional valuation team, added: “We welcome Natalie as an experienced all-rounder who has hit the ground running, fitting in seamlessly with colleagues and already contributing a great deal to our service offering.”
