Vertu Hyundai Silverlink shines again globally
A North East car dealership is celebrating global recognition for outstanding customer service.
Newcastle’s Vertu Hyundai Silverlink has won the Best CX Dealer award at the Hyundai Global Dealer of the Year Awards for the second consecutive time.
The dealership stood out among around 6000 Hyundai dealers worldwide, highlighting its strong performance in customer satisfaction.
Paul Walton, general manager at Vertu Hyundai Silverlink, said: “This award is a testament to the commitment and excellence of our entire team.
“I’m proud of everyone here for their contribution because the criteria looks across the whole board, at every aspect of a customer’s journey with us.
“This is an exceptional achievement from an exceptional team and well-deserved recognition for the work they deliver day-in, day-out.”
The award assesses key areas including sales of alternative fuel vehicles, new car sales, aftersales service, customer experience and dealer profitability.
Based at Silverlink Business Park, near Newcastle, Vertu Hyundai Silverlink’s success is based on customer feedback and mystery shopping results.
The repeat achievement confirms the dealership’s position as one of Hyundai’s top-performing retailers globally and reflects its ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Robert Forrester, chief executive of Vertu Motors plc, added: “This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the incredible efforts of Paul Walton and his outstanding team.
“Their dedication and hard work have led to a culture, where people are supported to do the best that they can for each other, and importantly, for customers.”
Ashley Andrew, president of Hyundai & Genesis UK, added: “Being recognised in the Hyundai Global Dealer of the Year Awards is a huge honour for our retailers, and goes to show that their performance stands out on a global scale.”
