virtualDCS scores with new hire
Leeds-based cloud technology company virtualDCS has appointed Leeds Rhinos Women captain and England international Caitlin Beevers as an account manager.
She will manage client contracts, channel partners and resellers to drive growth.
Caitlin said: “It’s an exciting role and a great time to join the team at virtualDCS.
“The business is seeing growing demand for its services as companies seek to prevent cyber attacks and disruption to their operations.
“I’m thrilled to be part of a friendly and helpful team at a business that provides a clear path for career progression.”
Caitlin’s appointment follows a recruitment day at the Rhinos’ AMT Headingley stadium, which saw five new sales development representatives join the firm after motivational talks from rugby legends Jamie Jones-Buchanan and Jamie Peacock, alongside club leaders.
Alex Wilmot, chief executive officer of virtualDCS, added: “Caitlin is a great addition to the team and we are excited to welcome her to the business.
“The home of Leeds Rhinos was a superb venue for our recruitment day, and for our team to hear from Jamie and Gary was a fantastic opportunity and truly inspirational for everyone present.
“Jamie Peacock’s insights have also been of great value to our team and have contributed to their personal development as we move forward at pace across the business.”
virtualDCS provides cloud hosting, disaster recovery and cyber resilience services to sectors including hospitality, healthcare and retail.
