Property partnership hails office tenancy successes

A property partnership has hailed a successful collaboration after boosting office tenancy numbers.

Carter Towler and WSB Property Consultants have completed a number of lettings at Jack Lunn (Properties) Leeds-based Feast Field and Jason House.

Bosses say the deals – totalling 7122sq ft – mean Feast Field is fully let, with one suite remaining at Jason House.

Agreements included 1485 Recruiters taking a 687sq ft space at Horsforth-based Feast Field, with Innova Legal completing a lease on a 1575sq ft unit in the same building.

TKI Property Group also moved into a 1586sq ft unit, as did physiotherapy practice Healing Touch Rehab, which has taken a 1649sq ft base.

At Jason House, also in Horsforth, DRP Insurance has expanded into an additional 1625 sq ft suite in the three-storey building.    

Tom Newstead, from Leeds, York and Durham-based property management firm Carter Towler’s office agency team, said: “With 24 units between the two schemes, it’s a real achievement to be so close to full occupancy. 

“The location of the developments right in the heart of Horsforth, plus the quality of the refurbishments and the continued investment from Jack Lunn, have clearly resonated with occupiers.”
