Saints seek to score growth with leisure hub
A football club is targeting new commercial goals with an entertainment hub.
Southampton FC is set to launch LEVEL1 at its St Mary’s Stadium.
The 12,000sq ft base, in the ground’s Chapel Stand, will feature a nine-hole mini golf course, climbing walls, racing simulators, pool tables, darts booths and arcade machines.
Bosses say the venture – which is planned to open in October – will help “unlock year-round revenue streams beyond matchday crowds”.
The hub is being developed alongside Paragon.
A spokesperson said: “This investment supports a broader strategy of sustainable growth through diversified revenue streams, enhanced fan engagement and deeper community integration.
“This facility is expected to bring economic uplift to the city, creating new jobs and attracting thousands of additional visitors to the stadium each month.”
