Cleaning product firm freshens up with move
A laundry and household cleaning product maker is expanding.
Star Brands is doubling office space at Thorpe Park.
The firm is moving into a 4295sq ft base at 3125 Century Way.
It will replace a unit at 1175 Century Way on the business park, which is based on the outskirts of Leeds near Garforth, and comes after Renew Holdings took 7427sq ft at 3125 Century Way on a ten-year lease.
Tim North, Star Brands’ joint managing director, said: “The business has expanded significantly over the last five years.
“Consequently, we needed to double our office space, but equally we wanted to stay in a similar Thorpe Park location.”
Elizabeth Ridler, office agency partner at property consultancy Knight Frank in Leeds, added: “The drive for quality workspace at Thorpe Park in the post-COVID-19 period ensured Star Brands could relocate to a splendid newly-refurbished office suite.
“A huge buzz surrounds this successful business park, which goes from strength-to-strength.”
