Barratt brews up new homes in Hayes
A West London residential development is expanding with the release of a new phase of homes.
Barratt London has launched Sheardown Apartments, a collection of 24 properties within its Hayes Village scheme on the site of the former Nestlé factory and headquarters.
The mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes features open-plan layouts, private balconies and views over landscaped podium gardens and towards the south.
Part of a wider regeneration project delivering 1473 homes by 2028, Hayes Village also offers nine acres of green space, a gym, walking and running trails and proximity to the Grand Union Canal.
Joseph Antoniazzi, director of sales and marketing at Barratt West London, said: “We have seen significant demand at our Hayes development, thanks in part to its proximity to the Elizabeth Line, which is drawing more first-time buyers and investors out west.
“Thoughtfully designed for modern living, within close proximity to the newly-opened section of the Grand Union Canal, the apartments have fantastic dual-aspect views and benefit from an array of on-site amenities on the doorstep.
“This next phase of regeneration will bolster the vibrant new community that is well established here at Hayes.”
