Firm secures spot on £980 million framework
A contractor has secured a place on a £980 million national property improvement scheme.
Procast Group has been awarded lot 13 on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Net Zero Housing Retrofit Framework Agreement.
Bosses say the four-year deal will see the Hamilton-based firm provide “end-to-end” support from surveying to handover.
They add it will deliver project management, customer support and quality assurance services.
Derek Innes, owner and managing director, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this lot, which we feel really positions us as a national player in the retrofit market.
“We are pleased to be playing our part in supporting the Government’s net-zero targets, while also trying to tackle fuel poverty nationwide.
“This award provides a significant growth opportunity in the expanding retrofit sector.”
Procast Group has further bases in Aberdeen, Dumfries and Forfar.
