Astra Group appoints technical innovation lead
Manchester-based signage solutions provider Astra Group has appointed Patryk Wojciechowski as head of technical innovation.
Patryk joins the full-service provider of traditional and digital signage solutions to lead the development of cutting-edge digital signage technologies and oversee the company’s software developers and support engineers.
With more than ten years’ experience in software development and innovation, he brings extensive expertise in creating impactful business-to-business and business-to-consumer platforms.
Patryk said: “Astra Group is well recognised for its commitment to continuous innovation, finding new and better ways to meet clients’ digital, traditional and environmentally friendly signage needs.
“To have the opportunity to contribute to the business’s future success and deliver intelligent and innovative signage solutions for some of Europe’s most significant venues and public spaces is incredibly exciting.
“I could not be more pleased to join the team.”
Patryk’s appointment comes as Astra Group continues to expand its UK and international presence, following recognition as Signage Company of the Year at the 2025 Sign and Wrap Awards and accolades for projects including Co-op Live, Manchester City Football Club and Manchester International Festival.
Chelsea Fothergill, managing director of Astra Group’s Technical and Services division, added: “Patryk’s passion for designing and building innovative signage products that deliver improved quality, faster software delivery, and increased reliability makes him the perfect candidate for this new role, further enhancing Astra Group’s unrivalled technical and services capability.
“It is an absolute pleasure to welcome him to the team as we look to this next phase of business growth.”
